Some parts impressed, others didn't

The yard is a beautiful haven with ocean views, hammocks, and a volleyball court that offers a perfect blend of relaxation and fun. The apartment itself is equally charming with a well-equipped kitchen.

While the outdoor space is excellent, the room cleanliness left much to be desired. I noticed areas were not well-maintained, impacting the overall experience. The staff's availability after hours was limited.

The room was well-kept and fully renovated, we had hypoallergenic pillows. The staff was extremely friendly and respectful all day long. The location was particularly good, next to the Florida Keys, the '' beach '', and the ocean.

Even though the staff we met were very rude, enjoyed the hotel.

Paddling over to a nearby island was a highlight, and our spacious room felt cozy and inviting between excursions. The view from our balcony was perfect for relaxation.

My kids wished for a bigger beach area for playing in the sand.

Perfect spot for a getaway

We had a blast during our 3 nights here! The Two-Bedroom Suite was super clean and had a comfy king bed. Loved the little sandy area by the water for sunbathing. The outdoor dining area was a nice touch too. Just wish the beach was a bit more usable. A fab time!

Staying in a two-bedroom suite felt awkward, as you have to pass through one bedroom to access the other. The kitchen layout is cramped with no dishwasher. The beach itself is misleadingly called a 'beach'. The access is limited and the shore is lined with heaps of smelly seaweed, and the pool's popularity makes it crowded-hardly a serene retreat.

Stayed in a large one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, nice patio, and clean bathrooms. The air conditioning was cold and the shower had good water pressure. Enjoyed the heated outdoor pool daily and used the barbecues. Super nice team with local dining suggestions. Loved the cozy vibe!

If you're looking for a quick snack, check with the staff about nearby food trucks-they have great local options that many overlook.

This hotel is great, and has free wi-fi, outdoor dining, and a lovely heated pool. Staff once helped me find good dining spots. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay. I'm coming back for Easter!
